Petite Violette exchange policy:
Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
All sales are final after 30 days from date of purchase.
Previously worn merchandise may not be returned and all returned merchandise must be in saleable condition.
How to exchange:
If you would like to exchange items purchased from the Petite Violette website for a different size, style or color please follow the instructions below.
1. Place items you'd like to return in a suitable shipping box.
2. Enclose a copy of the original invoice.
3. Provide a reason a brief reason for your exchange.
4. Send the box to the following address:

Petite Violette does not provide return postage.
Please choose a shipper that will provide a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Please allow 2 weeks time for receipt and processing of your exchange.
Lastly, a full refund will be given if the item is deemed defective by Petite Violette upon return receipt.
